Be a part of the Caffeine and Octane Jacksonville team! Volunteering includes special reserved parking, free swag and you get to wear a really cool vest. Caffeine and Octane Jacksonville requires dozens of individuals working together to be a success. We need automotive enthusiasts who are willing to help to make each month’s event a reality. Without you, this exciting car show wouldn’t exist!
Volunteer opportunities include:
Friday Night before the event
8pm until we finish set up (typically less than two hours) (8 to 10 volunteers)
Saturday Event Volunteers (Two shifts)
Saturday Early Shift: Arrive at 6:15am to receive instructions and vests and stay until 9am
Saturday Late Shift: Arrive no later than 8:50am to check in at the merchandise tent and remain until approximately 11:30am-12pm to help with breakdown
Saturday Clean Up Crew: We also need 10 to 12 individuals to help us break down after the event from 11:15am-12:15pm
- Entrance Team (2 volunteers)
- Gate Keepers (8 volunteers)
- Porsche Corner Attendant (1 to 2 volunteer)
- Exotic Area Attendant (1 to 2)
- Car Club Feature Area (1 to 2 in cooperation with First Coast Car Council)
- Central Feature Area (1 to 2)
- Special Display Area (1 to 2)
